Kids Pro Staff Community Policies

Our promise to you

  • We welcome members from all backgrounds, beliefs, and locations and are committed to creating a safe space for our Kids Pro Staff members across all pillars of diversity.

  • We will listen to feedback from parents and make changes accordingly.

  • We will create a high-quality, trusted, safe community for learning new fishing techniques. In addition to having a place, kids can share social media accounts with other kids. We will do drawings, giveaways, and guess the weight fish games throughout the year.

  • We will respond promptly to questions and issues that arise.

  • We will offer a 15% discount at this time to Parents and kids of the pro staff team. Codes will change from time to time, and we will keep you updated in our private group. Kids Pro staff members will also be given a code to pass out to friends or other people who may want to shop at sukitbaits.com; most likely, that discount will be 10%.

  • We will enforce a strict no-outsider policy, meaning that if you are in our Kid Pro Staff private group, you must have a child in the program or be employed by Sukit Baits LLC. No exceptions currently. Both parents will be allowed to join, as well as the child if they have a Facebook account.

  • We will have a 3.0 GPA requirement. Or if GPA is not used, a passing requirement. This will be the job of the parents to enforce. We feel it will be useful for parents wanting to get a little more from kids in school.

  • Sukit Baits or its employees will NEVER reach out to your children directly. If anyone ever tries, we can assure you it is a scam. If your child is following our main or private page, we assume you gave them permission. We will communicate with them if we are asked questions first in a post but NEVER privately through messaging unless you, the parent, or guardian give permission.

What we ask of you

  • We will ask that 30 minutes of community service be done each month if the parent has time. The child’s community service can be done in any way the parent sees fit (helping a neighbor, picking up trash on the road or a local lake or river. Many different types of services can be performed).

Sukit Baits will post monthly starting in January of 2024, and parents can post pictures under the post of the service they were able to perform; we ask that the kid wear the Sukit Pro Staff Jersey while doing the service or at least while taking the photo. This will be a team effort to make the world a little better place and teach some responsibility at the same time. Again, only if the parent finds time for this; Sukit Baits understands that we all have challenges, and everyone will not be able to participate monthly.

  • Share social media posts about Sukit Baits.

We don’t want your timeline on Facebook or Instagram to be full of Sukit Baits material, but it would be nice if you, as the parent, could share accomplishments or pictures of kids fishing with Sukit Baits gear. Even a monthly photo of your kid posted to your social media page (public) performing community service so your friends see it would be great. We want to do lots of great things for the kids, but we must continue to grow as a company to do everything we want to do.

We are here for your family

We want the kids to enjoy the Kids Pro Staff Family/Team, but sometimes, kids need encouragement. We are happy to help.

Let us know if you ever need an email from us directed towards your kid to show them that Sukit Baits is serious about having great kids on the Pro Staff Team. We will work with parents to construct an email they can show their kid.

If a parent has an issue with something posted or comments made by other parents, contact Jeff at sukitbaits@gmail.com or (2)(5)(3)- (8)(8)(3) – (7)(3)(5)(3). We will always work hard to monitor things to keep this a great place.

Thank you for being a part of the Sukit Baits Family,

Jeffrey Young
